Our Alert System pulls its information from our PowerSchool Student Information System. For this reason it is critical that you keep your phone numbers and e-mail addresses up-to-date. If you change one of your phone numbers or e-mail addresses, that information will update 24 hours after it is entered.
To update/add phone numbers and/or e-mails:
Log into PowerSchool Parent Portal here.- Navigate to the top left of the page and click on the SwiftReach SwiftK12 icon.
- Move to the top right of the page and click on the gray Contact Information tab.
Here, you may change/add phone numbers and/or e-mails to receive district alerts. - Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green SAVE CHANGES button.

You will receive a text message to the phone number(s) you have on file along with communication to the e-mail(s) you have listed in your account. On occasion, you may receive a phone call. Please be aware that primary notification will be sent via text and e-mail.

In the event of a delayed-opening: All schools will start two hours later than usual. Please see the times listed below. Lunch will be available for purchase. Extended Day Care will open two hours later than normal, and there will be no pre-school classes.
When weather or other emergencies cause schools to have to close early: If a severe storm should begin once school is in session, all effort will be made to dismiss schools early enough to allow students to reach home before roadways become hazardous. If schools are closed early due to weather, Extended Day Care will also be closed.
